Not receiving emails from Settrax?
In some cases, messages may be filtered by your email provider or organization’s email security rules. Adding our email address to your contacts or approved sender list can help prevent filtering and ensure delivery.
Add Settrax to your contacts for seamless communication.
You'll receive important emails from Settrax - from training + onboarding materials to case assignments + hospital communications.
Follow these quick steps to ensure you get them all:
Gmail (Desktop)
- Open your Gmail inbox.
- Click the Google Apps icon (the grid in the top-right corner).
- Select Contacts.
- Click the plus (+) button in the lower-right corner.
- Choose Create a contact.
- Enter noreply@settrax.com as the email address.
- Click Save.
Gmail (Mobile Phone)
Option 1: From the Contacts App
- Open the Contacts app on your phone.
- Tap the plus (+) button to add a new contact.
- Enter noreply@settrax.com as the email address.
- Tap Save or Done.
Option 2: Using Google Contacts
- Open the Google Contacts app
(or go to contacts.google.com in a mobile browser). - Tap the plus (+) button.
- Select Create a contact.
- Enter the name and noreply@settrax.com as the email address.
- Tap Save.
Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Click People on the left side of the of page
- Select Create a contact list
- Enter noreply@settrax.com.
- Click Create.
