Resetting a Forgotten Password

Resetting your password if you have forgotten it is simple.

• Open app.settrax.com/login.
• Locate the Forgot Password? button underneath the login credentials. 
• This should open a new page where you will need to enter in the email address associated with your account. Select Submit.
  
  
  
   
• An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to you email address on file. 
  * Please note that the automated email will come from noreply@settrax.com. 
  •  
    • If you don't see the email within 5 minutes, please check you junk/spam folder. Adding noreply@settrax.com to your contact list will help ensure that future emails are not filtered out. If you can not locate the email please contact our support team at support@settrax.com so we may assist you.
• Follow the link in the email and input your new password twice. 
   

Your new password must contain:

• At least 8 characters long

• 1 uppercase letter

• 1 lowercase letter

• 1 number

• 1 special character (for example: !@#] )
  
  

• You should now be able to log in with your updated password.
