If changes are needed, vendors must contact facility staff to request an update. To help staff complete the request efficiently, vendors should provide the Settrax Case ID and clearly outline the requested changes (for example: date, time, surgeon, procedure, or vendors).

Editing a Case (Facility Staff)
- Log in to Settrax and open the correct case.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the yellow Edit Surgery Details bar.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Change Surgery Details to save.
