What to Do If Your Account Is Locked

Wait 5 minutes for lock to reset
The account lock is temporary. After 5 minutes, try logging in again using your current password. If the password is still incorrect or you can’t remember it, continue to Step 2. -
Reset your password
- Go to the Settrax login page.
- Click “Forgot Password”.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

Try logging in again
Once your password is reset, you should be able to access your account.
