A: Yes. Any Vendor you have given access to will receive notifications for cases assigned to you via their preferred communication method. Vendor linking is a great way to work with your team to manage your case loads.
Q: Do both vendors who want to have access to each other's cases have to vendor link each other?
A: Yes, both vendors need to request access to the other vendor in order for both users to see each other's information.
Q: Can I delete my vendor links?
A: Absolutely. You have full control of who you choose to allow access to. When in the vendor link page you can click the delete icon next to the person you'd like to remove access to.
Q: Will you automatically remove access to my information if one of my teammates is fired or leaves my company?
A: No. You are responsible for managing your linked users. We at Settrax have no knowledge of who should and should not have access to your account.
Q: Can I use vendor link to link to couriers I use frequently?
A: No, couriers have a different type of access to our system.
Q: I can't see trays for a vendor that I am linked with.
A: The first step is to double check that you the vendor you are linked with has provided you access to their account. If they have and you are still having issues locating specific trays, verify that the vendor is the creator/owner of those trays. It is possible the vendor is not the owner of those trays but is vendor linked to someone else who is.
