We understand how crucial it is for facility SPDs to have up-to-date documents. As a vendor, you're often asked to provide count sheets and IFUs, and typically need to print paper copies to include with trays. With our new feature, you can now upload and attach these documents to a case online in seconds, saving you both time and paper. Watch the tutorial and follow the instructions below to get started:
Uploading IFUs and Count Sheets to Settrax Document Center
- Log into your Settrax account from home.
- Go to the Settings tab (cog icon) and click on the Documents tab.
- On the Documents page, upload Count Sheets or IFUs:
- Drag and drop the file, or
- Click Select File, choose the file from your computer, and upload.
- The file will be scanned and added to your database. You can upload or delete files anytime.
Attaching IFUs and Count Sheets to a Settrax Case
- Log into your account, either from home or at the kiosk.
- Open the case you need to add documents to.
- On the Tray Details/Acknowledged Case page, click the Count Sheet or IFU icon.
- A pop-up window will appear with a drop-down menu listing your uploaded documents.
- Select the document you want to attach and click Link Document.
- After uploading all necessary documents, a small number will appear next to the icons, showing how many documents are attached.
By attaching these documents, the SPD staff will have all the required information for sterilizing your instruments.
