Vendor Orientation 3 - Using Set Lists

Tired of entering the same trays over and over? Set List lets you create a custom list of trays for procedures a surgeon performs regularly making Case Acknowledgement and Check-In faster and easier. You can do this anywhere using your personal device.

How to Create a Set List

1. Log in to your Settrax account on your personal device.
2. Go to Settings > Manage Set Lists.
3. Click Create Set List.
4. On the next page, fill in the tray details:
   • Tray Name
   • Select if it's Implants, Hold vs. Open, or Consigned
5. Name your Set List and click Save Set List. To update your Set List, just  go to Settings > Manage Set Lists and click the pen icon next to the tray you want to edit.

Use Set List to Acknowledge a Case

1. Log in to your Settrax account from your personal device and select a case.
2. Instead of manually entering tray details, click Set List.
3. A pop-up will appear—choose your Set List by ticking the box, then click Save Changes.
4. All tray details will automatically load into the case.

Check in Trays using Set List

1. Log in at the kiosk and select the case
2. On the next page, click Set List
3. Next is to take pictures and weights

For each tray:

• Click the camera icon next to the tray name.
• Place the tray on the scale and wait for the weight to stabilize.
• Click Click to Capture.
• If the image is dark or blurry, click Retake.
• If the tray has multiple layers, click Layer to capture additional images.
• Otherwise, click Done.

4. Scroll down and click Complete Check-In then the Print All Labels.
5. Attach the labels to the trays
