The Vendor Link feature in Settrax allows vendors from the same company to work as a team by giving each other access to:

Cases – ability to check cases in and out

Notifications – receive the same alerts as the linked vendor (new cases, cancellations, etc.)

Loaner Library – including consignment and set lists
This is particularly useful for teams managing multiple accounts. For example, you might check something in, and a teammate can pick it up. With Vendor Link, your teammate can check the items out of the facility.
Here's how to use Vendor Link:
- Log in to Settrax from a non-kiosk computer.
- Go to Settings > Vendor Link.
- Enter the Vendor ID of the vendor you want to link to and select the access level you want to grant them.
- Click Verify ID to confirm the ID matches the person you want to grant access to.
You can choose between two access levels:
- Full Access: They can check items out and review all activity on your account.
- Review Only: They can only review your activity.
The same process applies if another vendor wants to grant you access to their account. You can view all your current connections, both those you've granted access to and those who have granted access to you, on your Vendor Link page.
To remove a linked vendor, click the trash icon to the right of their name.
Keep in mind, linking with other vendors means you'll receive notifications for their cases. You can manage notifications in your Settings, but you cannot currently toggle user-specific notifications on or off.
