Utilizing a courier service is a great way to maximize your time and efficiency. We understand that being everywhere at once isn’t always a possibility.
Settrax provides Couriers with free, limited access accounts to ensure you can stay on schedule. When you assign a Settrax case to a courier, they get a unique login that takes them directly to correctly assigned case.
Setting Up a Courier in Settrax:
The first step in using your preferred courier service is to have them contact Settrax customer support to register with us (which is free). Once they are registered in Settrax you can utilize the Settrax Courier features and choose them to pick up and drop off your items. Settrax customer support can be reached at (866)-900-0375.
Granting Courier Access to a Case:

How to Grant Courier Access to a Case:
- Log in to your Settrax account
- On your dashboard under Upcoming Schedule Cases, click the correct case
- On the next page, you can edit Tray Name, Implants, Hold, Consigned and Turnover then click red button that says Courier Access
- On the pop up window, choose your courier under Courier List. *Contact Settrax support if the courier company is not in the drop down. Your courier company may still need to register with Settrax.
- For Courier Note, add important reminders for your courier e.g: drop off time.Then click Grant Access. *This will only grant the courier access for this specific case.
Once granted access, the courier dispatcher or manager will receive a text and email notification with all the delivery orders, courier notes and the facility they’ll deliver it to.
To cancel courier order:
- Log in to your Settrax account
- On your dashboard under Upcoming Schedule Cases, click the correct case
- Click the red Courier Access button
- On the pop up window under Couriers, click the delete icon of the courier company you granted access to
Your courier company will also receive a notification that the order has been canceled.
