One of the great features of Settrax is the ability to add IFU and Count Sheet documents to your loaner and consignment inventory. This helps speed up the acknowledgment and check-in process by automatically attaching your documents to a case.
Here’s how you do it:
- Log in to Settrax on a non-kiosk device.
- Navigate to Loaner Inventory in the left-hand panel.
- Find the loaner tray you want to attach documents to.
- Click the IFU button for that tray.
- In the new window, find and select the correct document from your document library, then hit Attach.
- Repeat this process with the Count Sheets button if necessary.
- Now, when you load this tray into a case, these documents will automatically attach to it.
