Creating Loaner Inventory

1. Log in to Settrax and click Loaner Inventory.
2. Add your Tray name. *Please note this can not be edited once it is created.
3. Unique Identifier - This is optional
4. Select whether or not the tray contains implants.
5. Par Weight - You can use the kiosk scale to identify this if needed. *Please note if the tray is over 25 lbs you will want to break this tray up into separate tray names as you won’t be able to check in anything over 25lbs.  An example could be to add on “TRAY NAME  Part 1” and then “TRAY NAME Part 2” or some similar naming convention.
6. Select your Manufacturer. If you cannot locate the correct manufacture in the drop down menu, please open up a chat and let our support team know so they can assist you in getting this added in.
7. Tray Layers - Notate the number of Layers.
8. Once everything is entered, select Add Loaner Tray. You will now be able to use this loaner tray in cases and it will appear in your loaner tray inventory.

You are also able to complete the same steps to add in a loaner tray when you are inside of a Settrax case by selecting the green + Loaner Tray button. Once selected pop up window will appear prompting you for the same information.
