Archiving and Unarchiving Loaner Trays

At some point you may find that you need to clean up the list of trays that appear in your drop down menu when checking in loaner trays. While Settrax does not allow full deletion of trays, you are able to "archive" the trays you wish to hide from the menu. This action can be done in your "Loaner Inventory" on either an individual level, or in bulk if you are archiving a large section of trays.

Bulk Archive Trays

1. When logged into the vendor dashboard  navigate to your Loaner Inventory

2. Select all of the trays you wish to archive.

3. Select Actions and then Archive
4. All of your selected loaner trays will now be archived and you will no longer see them in your drop down menu when loading trays into cases. 

Bulk Unarchive Trays

1. When logged into the vendor dashboard  navigate to your Loaner Inventory

2. Filter your loaner trays by Archived

2. Select all of the trays you wish to un-archive.

3. Select Actions and then Un-Archive
4. All of your selected loaner trays will now be shown as active trays and you will be able to load them into your cases.
