If you don’t see any loaner trays during case check-in, it’s likely because your inventory is archived. During the upgrade from Version 2 to 3, tray names were moved into archived loaner inventory.
To use those trays again, simply unarchive them:
1. Log in to your Settrax account and go to Loaner Inventory
2. In the Manage Loaner Trays table, click the Archived button (next to "Current")
3. Find the trays you want to reactivate and click Un-Archive
Once unarchived, trays will be available for case acknowledgments and check-ins.
