The Settrax system has the ability to do tote check-ins. Please see the following instructions on how to check-in and print labels for your shipping containers.
1. When logged in to Settrax at a kiosk, you will need to locate the case you want to check-in totes for. Once in the case, click on the Shipping Tote Labels button.
2. Select how many totes you brought for the case and then hit
Submit. You must hit Submit before you can Print your tote labels.
3. You will need to reopen the Shipping Totes Label popup and then hit Print. The kiosk will print the labels, which you will attach directly to the tote(s).
NOTE: If your totes will be used for multiple cases, please refresh your tote labels by printing new labels with the new/updated surgery date. You will do this by clicking into the next case the totes will be used for and repeating the process. If not, the facility may ask you to remove the totes, thinking that they are overdue for pickup
