After the rep finishes ordering Courier Services, the courier dispatcher or manager will receive a text and email notification with all the rep’s delivery orders, including the Case Code the courier will use to log in at the kiosk.
Courier Check-In Process
- Go to the Sterile Processing Department and locate the Settrax kiosk.
- Log in using your email address and the four-digit Case Code (provided by your dispatcher) as the password.
- Enter your full name, then click Continue to Case.
- On the next page, you will see the tray details.
For each tray:
- Click the camera icon next to the tray name.
- Place the tray on the scale and wait for the weight to stabilize.
- Click Click to Capture.
- If the image is dark or blurry, click Retake.
- If the tray has multiple layers, click Layer to capture additional images.
- Otherwise, click Done.
Please note that you are only responsible for taking pictures, recording the weight, and printing labels.
- Scroll down and click Complete Check-In then the Print All Labels.

Attach the labels to the trays:
- Most Settrax facilities provide luggage tags.
- Stick the Settrax label onto the tag.
- Attach the tag to the corresponding tray handle.
- Hand over the trays to the Sterile Processing Department.
