Current Orders Dashboard

• You'll see all active orders, including those requested by vendor reps. Each order displays key details like the order date, Settrax ID, facility, surgery details, and vendor information—everything you need to complete the task.

Courier Code

• This is the code your delivery driver will use to log in at the Settrax kiosk to check in or out the trays assigned by the vendor rep.

Complete

• Once the delivery or pickup is done and your driver confirms it, you can mark it Complete to clear it from your dashboard.

Past Orders

• All completed orders appear here. This section is collapsed by default and shows up to 20 recent orders. You can expand it to view details like completion date, Settrax ID, facility, surgery info, and the driver’s name.
