Beginning June 2024, we are rolling out an update to our Settrax Kiosks that will impact how you access Settrax at the hospital kiosk. We don’t anticipate any service interruptions during this process. This process will take about 6 weeks and all kiosks should be fully updated by the end of July.
This app update will:

Address service interruptions experienced during our annual software update.

Eliminate the need to reset the kiosk due to computer restarts and IP address changes.

Provide increased stability and consistency in your kiosk experience.
Currently the Settrax platform is accessed via Google Chrome. Once a facility has installed the update, Settrax will be a stand alone app accessed from the desktop. Nothing else about the check in and check out process will change.
*The new app is launching in stages. During this transition, you might see some facilities using Chrome while others have switched to the Settrax App.
