Turnover Tray: A turnover tray refers to a set of instruments that will be used in upcoming cases within the next few days and will not leave the hospital between procedures. The turnover feature allows these trays to be added to a "saved sets" list, making them available for future cases without needing to retake pictures or fully check them in again.
Please note that If the trays are already checked in and need to be converted to Turnover Trays, please contact facility staff for assistance. For detailed step-by-step instructions, please refer to the facility help article HERE.
How to set Tray/s to Turnover:
- Log in to your Settrax account
- On your dashboard under Schedule choose the correct case
- Load the correct trays you need for this case.
- Identify which tray(s) you would like to be set for Turnover.
For single tray:
- Tick the box under Turnover
- On the pop up window, select Set Current Tray to Turnover and click Submit
For multiple trays:
- Under Actions, tick the boxes of the trays you want to turn over
- Click the green button that says Actions and on the dropdown select Set to Turnover
- At the lower left of the page, click Check in Tray and Notify Facility
NOTE: Some facilities have Force Check Out option, which automatically checks trays out of the system after 72 hours. It this happens, the trays cannot be turned. Please contact support to verify if the facility has this option.
How to Check In using your Turnover Tray bank:
- Log in to your Settrax account
- On your dashboard under Schedule choose the case you need to load trays into.
- Look for the yellow button that says + Turnover Tray. This will open a window to show you all of the currently checked in trays you have set for turnover.
- On the pop up screen, click the drop down and, choose which tray you want to use for this case and click Submit
- Continue to load any other trays you need into the case.
- At the lower left of the page, click Complete Check In
