- The app now runs as a single window only
- If you try to open it again, it will bring up the existing window
- This helps ensure accurate, automatic weight capture
Install Instructions
- Log in to Settrax on the kiosk with the assistance of the SPD manager or using Settrax provided IT credentials. If you are unsure what your IT login is or need assistance setting one up, please contact Settrax support.
- Navigate to Settings, then Kiosk Management.
- On the Kiosk Management page, click Settrax Kiosk App (v1.2.1).
- Open the download once it finishes, and click More info, and Run anyway. The Settrax app will take a couple of minutes to install.
- Once installed, the app will launch the Settrax login page. After about 2 minutes the Settrax login page will refresh.
- Wait for the page refresh to signal the installation is complete.
- Confirm the install is complete by sending an email with your facility name, letting us know the install is complete
