How to Cancel Your Settrax Account

Option 1: Through the Billing Portal

1. Log into Settrax and navigating to Settings >Account Settings > Billing Portal
2. Follow the prompts to cancel your account.

Option 2: Contact Support

1. Email: support@settrax.com or call support at 866.900.0375

Settrax Subscription Refund Policy

Got auto renewed and need a refund? No worries! Just reach out to Support within 10 days of renewal. As long as there is no account activity in your Settrax account during that time we are able to issue a refund. Check out our Terms and Conditions on settrax.com for all the details.

Effects of Cancellation

1. Account Inactivation: Your account becomes inactive immediately and you can no longer log in. Notify affected facilities if you have active cases scheduled.
2. Data Access: Linked vendors lose access to your data, including cases and inventory. A $200 fee applies to transfer your data to another individual

Need to Reactivate?
