If you are a facility user with Staff or Supervisor level credentials and you have forgotten your password you may contact your administrator so they can reset your password for you.
You also have a self-serve option to resetting a forgotten password.
- Open app.settrax.com/login.
- Locate the Forgot Password? button underneath the login credentials.
- This should open a new page where you will need to enter in the email address associated with your account. Select Submit.
- An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to you email address on file.
* Please note that the automated email will come from noreply@settrax.com.-
- If you don't see the email within 5 minutes, please check you junk/spam folder. Adding noreply@settrax.com to your contact list will help ensure that future emails are not filtered out. If you can not locate the email please contact our support team at support@settrax.com so we may assist you.

Follow the link in the email and input your new password twice.
Your new password must contain:
At least 8 characters long
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 special character (for example: !@#] )
- You should now be able to log in with your updated password.
